"Just give me some direction. I will be your affection." Parker shrugged when he was questioned about talking about it. Anyone who went to this freak show would probably know why he said that. Things around here were becoming increasingly difficult. Murders were going on all around them on a regular basis. That was not to mention the drama that the students caused one another. "Uh, I don't think so. Thank you. Just the usual teenage stuff." Okay, so he was stretching the truth. Since when had gay (or bi-sexual) guys having babies been normal? The thought nearly made him chuckle.
Dani asked where he was from in Italy. He was glad that she seemed interested in getting to know him better. She must not think him to be completely boring, right? Parker smiled and laughed at her X-Men reference. They were going to have so much fun together! He could just feel it inside of him. There was a connection between them that was undeniable. From somewhere deep inside him, the feeling of home tugged at his heartstrings again. This was beginning to get too much. Parker was going to have to figure out what exactly the connection between the two of them was.
Smiling, he was prepared to finally answer her question. She probably already had forgotten she asked where he was from. He was not entirely sure what to tell her. Dani wouldn't certainly not know where he was from. Why would she know where his little town was? Everyone was only aware of Rome, Florence, and Venice. They had very little knowledge that anywhere else ever existed. He probably couldn't blame them because he wouldn't either had he not lived there. "I am from Asolo, Italy. You probably have no idea where that is. It's just a small little town." Parker sat quietly for a second before laughing out loud. He always had a kind of love-hate admiration toward Mystique. "I was always more of a Cyclops fan myself. Something about being the leader and having love and respect, I guess." Sighing, he thought about how that was all he really wanted. Love and respect could take him a long way from all this turmoil. "I also liked Gambit and Nightcrawler." He smiled and thought about what attracted him to the other two. "Something about being misunderstood and nobody bothered you because they suspected that you had a past." Parker wasn't sure why he was sitting here getting so into X-Men as if they were real. Who was to say they weren't? As far as the rest of the world was concerned, Winterthorne shouldn't be a real place, either.
Where was this taking them? Dani seemed to be in a hurry to get away. This girl didn't waste any time getting from one place to another. He beamed as she ran back to her seat at the table and stared blankly. When she looked back up, Parker was holding it out to her patiently. Oohh! She had quite the playful tongue about her. He really liked that. "I thought about it. Don't you think it would look great on me?" Chuckling, he nodded toward the door and lead the way this time. When they were at the door he turned around to mumble a quiet word or two. "No problem."
Dani tugged his hand through the door and called him hot stuff. Why did that sound so normal but yet uncomfortable to him. Parker felt as if his non-existent sister had just called him hot. He didn't know how that would feel, but he could now imagine it would be very awkward. Shrugging it off, they stepped carefully through the snow together. This was going to turn into an adventure indeed! "I kind of feel like going to a park. Something about bringing back childhood memories and being young. Are you game? He took a deep breath and shivered due to the cold. Parks in Germany should come equipped with space heaters or heated pools. Everyone could benefit from something like that. You must be losing your mind due to hypothermia. He told himself with a chuckle as he nuzzled in closer to Dani.

“Mmkay,” Dani nodded casuall but eyed her new friend for a second. He kind of looked like he was lying; and Dani was pretty sure he was but she wasn’t going to call him out because it was her right and she didn’t want to scare him off so soon. That was one thing about her. She didn’t like lying--which would explain why she was so opinionated and outgoing and she didn’t like being lied to. She didn’t consider Parker lying to her at the moment but had it been Sammii or another close friend she probably wouldn’t have dropped it so easily.
She really was interested in learning more about this kid. Something about him drew her in; made her want to know; to understand what he was about and who he was. It was a different kind of urge from the one she had had when she and Adrien first started talking. This--right here, Parker, it more like she was missing something right in front of her face and time was running out; mocking her to solve whatever riddle awaited in the future. It taunted her, and Dani was always up for a challenge.
Asolo, Italy? The redhead blinked a couple of times and stared at him. “Asolo?” she repeated for clarification. As in the tiny little town her father and she used to go to all the time before she turned him into a vegetable? The itty bitty town that never seemed to have much, yet she could never get enough of? Her eyes sat wide. If there was ever another place that felt like home, before Winterthorne, it was Asolo. Hell, she had spent enough of her life there. There had never been a good reason for doing so, either. Her father would always just claimed he loved the atmosphere and the town and she had went with it. “Like…the small town…in Italy…?” She wasn’t sure what to say. This was suddenly weird. “I go there all the time…” she mumbled in surprise.
“Oh, sure, Cyclops is hot and all, but Mystique is just fucking cool!” Truth be told, Dani probably wouldn’t ever be able to choose between any character in the X-Men comic book. Her preferences and all changed daily. “Ohh!” Dani jumped in her seat. “I LOVE Gambit! I’m gonna find me a hot New Orlean’s boy just like him and marry him. But only if he has a Cajun accent.” she grinned. She loved getting into comic books and and movies and such. Sure, most people thought they were fake, but look at all of the students and Winterthorne. She was pretty sure she could see the X-Men existing. I mean, look at Parker, look at her, look at all of them. They had powers. They were the X-Men.
“Maaaaybe,” Dani took the jacket and pulled over her tiny body. “But it would still look better on me,” she teased. She was having so much fun hanging out with Parker. A Fleeting thought crossed her mind; she hoped Adrien wouldn’t be pissed about this. Its not like it was a date or anything, but still. He could be a jealous guy and sometimes his emotions took over.
The park? Yes! Dani kept her hold on Parker and nodded before pulling him into the flurry of snow towards the park. “Yes. The Park! I call the merry go round!” She felt just like a kid again. She used to always go to the park as a kid as once her mother died she just kind of stopped. Probably because it reminded her of her mom so much. But now, the thought seemed like so much fun; she was eager to get there. To have fun. To just hang out with Parker.

I'LL BE YOURS TRULY, UNBELIEVABLE!can't miss this chance to take you, and here's your invitation A yawn escaped from between Adrien's lips as he stared up at the ceiling of his apartment building. Really, everything had been boring of late. Winterthorne had closed, they all moved to some castle in Wales in the meantime, and now Winterthorne was open again. But still, many people hadn't come back. He hadn't seen several people since coming back, though at least Dani was still there. Dani. His girlfriend. Even after all the time that had passed since they were going out, he still felt a bit odd that he happened to be dating her. It was a gift, that was for sure. Of course, he probably wouldn't have thought that before, back at the beginning of the year when he hated humans with a passion. Of course, that was before he found out that he was half human, but that was another matter. When he hated humans, he wouldn't have thought dating one a gift, a blessing. But now, now it was different. He was lucky to have a girl like Dani, despite the fact that he was pretty much forever chasing her. That girl had a shitload of energy, that was for sure.
Speaking of Dani, he wondered where she was. Glancing over at the laptop that sat on his desk, he sighed, pushing himself off the bed to check it. Nope, she wasn't online. He didn't think about her all the time. It was just...he was thinking of her and hadn't heard from her since this morning. He was simply...curious as to her whereabouts. Sitting back down on his bed, he looked out the window. A brick wall. That was the view he got from his shitty little apartment. A fucking wall. How great was that? Of course, the rent was super cheap, so he guessed he deserved it. Besides, it was better than sharing a room with other people. Back when he had to room with other people, he hated it soso much. So then he finally got money together for an apartment. Not that it took much. He had been able to wrangle the money from his mother, who was rich. Oh, the joys from coming from a wealthy family. Despite the fact that half the time, his mother tried to force him to pay for things. He wasn't really that lazy, he just didn't see the point. He was the only child of his mother, not to mention the firstborn son, so he would inherit the money when she died. Which would be forever. Stupid vampires. How a demon was born to a vampire and human, he didn't know. But apparently only the blessed, according to his family, were born demons to vampires. Because apparently demons were of a higher race than vampires. Whatever.
A vibrating from his phone caused the senior to jump in surprise, not expecting the sudden sound in his quiet apartment. Shit. Why the hell wasn't there any music playing? Groaning, he walked back to the desk where he left his phone and looked at the screen. It read that he had a new text message, and from Dani. Smiling softly, he flipped open the phone and read the message. His smile disappeared into a frown. She was out with a new friend? He didn't like new friends. At least without him knowing who the new friend was. It could be a guy. That thought caused a slight flare of jealousy to appear within him. A new guy friend. That wouldn't be good. He couldn't help but have the thoughts that maybe, just maybe, there was something more. It wasn't that the girl had a history of such things, he just had...problems when it came to love and commitment, and when he was in a relationship (as he was now) he was pretty much scared shitless that something would happen, that she was just playing him or something. And he got insanely jealous when she was hanging with other guys. Well, except some. There were times when she hung around some guy friends often enough, and he as well, and he accepted that there wasn't anything at all. It was justified, at least in his head. (Though it wasn't really, he had no reason to believe these things of her) And it was just how he was. He got jealous like crazy, and the thought that it might be a guy, since she didn't actually specify, made him as such.
Sending back a simple "okay" to Dani, he opened his closet and grabbed a hoodie and pulled it on over his shirt and pants, pulling the striped red and black hood over his head, slipping into his DC shoes soon afterward. Grabbing his phone and keys, he slipped them into the pocket of his pants before exiting the apartment building. Looking around, he chewed his lip before pulling his phone back out to look at the text. Coffee. Downtown. Closing it and sticking it once more in his pocket, he set off. He knew where her favorite little coffee shop was, and he would bet anything that was where she went. There were only a few downtown anyways. He glanced around as he went. What if she was on her way there? He didn't want to be seen. That wouldn't be good.
With that thought in his head, he took a detour that would take him around the opposite way to the place, in a different direction from the school, so there was no way she'd see him if she happened to simply be on her way. So the way he took was longer, a lot longer, than the way he would take from his apartment, but that was okay. It was all so that he wouldn't be seen by her. Of course, the girl knew she was dating a guy that got super jealous, but if his suspicions were unfounded, then he didn't want to seem like an idiot. He simply wanted to make sure she was all right. Especially with the whole murders thing going on. Sure, there hadn't really been any recently, but he was sure the murderers were only biding their time. Okay, so most of them had happened within the school, but for all he knew, this person could take her back to the school and murder her. The senior simple wanted to make sure she was safe with this person and that he wasn't trying to make any moves on her.
Finally, he arrived at the coffee shop. And it didn't take long to find Dani, her red hair a beacon for anyone searching for her. And she was with someone. A guy. Holding his hand. The slight flare of jealousy he had felt before roared up into a fire. Of course, he didn't know that she was simply pulling him to the park, and the hand holding meant absolutely nothing, so he didn't see it that way. His thoughts immediately jumped to that of which he was most afraid. Growling lightly, he stalked over to the two, eyes lowered in a glare at the guy who was being tugged along by Dani. "Get off my girl," he stated angrily, pulling Dani away from the guy, hopefully pulling their hands apart. He resisted the urge to punch, or even push, the guy, and instead simply glared. The wind around the three teens increased angrily, wipping around them, pulling and tugging on hair. Yeah, he was pretty much pissed now. Bringing a new meaning to over protective boyfriend, eh?
